A Little About Myself.
I am a life time Southern Ontario resident who has spent much of his life fabricating parts and operating complex machines.
My technical aptitude gives me an excellent ability to understand how our bodies function and why they have the occasional dysfunction.
Having former experience as a Personal Support Worker also gives me an excellent understanding of the difficulties that people often must contend with, and how to modify their treatment according to their individual needs and challenges.
In November of 2012, I decided it was time to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist and enrolled at Medix College in London Ontario.
Having graduating with a 89% average from Medix College, and having passed both "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario" practical and written board exams in Toronto, on my first attempt, I was given permission by the "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario" to become a "Registered Massage Therapist."
Many of us know people who work at very demanding jobs, suffer with debilitating physical conditions, or who struggle with the stress of life. It is very satisfying to see my clients in a restful and peaceful state after a massage therapy treatment, and to, usually, be able to improve their physical function and reduce their stress.
Some of my interests are, social activism, sailing, swimming, walking, sunbathing, nature, reading, auto racing, and great movies. I have two grown children, and have been my wife's partner for 30 years.
If you wish to confirm my registry and that I am in good standing with the "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario," simply use this "Find a Registrant" section on their website and type my first and last name in the spaces provided. The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario is there to protect the public by ensuring its registrants perform at the highest standard of personal and professional ethics:
I also carry a CMTO Registrant Card with me that has a Photo ID if home visits are necessary because of accessibility issues.
I look forward to meeting you.
